Housing Administrator - Uniting
Within this fast paced and exciting role you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support and assistance to the Affordable Housing Specialist and Independent Living team in relation to Uniting’s social and affordable housing programs.
As the Housing Administrator you will play a valuable role as a member of the Independent Living Team and will be responsible for;

  • Assisting with applications relating to housing, arrears management, collecting and reporting of tenancy information, carrying out income and rent reviews and ensuring administrative systems are efficient and maintained.
  • Supporting the Affordable Housing specialist relating to social and affordable tenancy, property management and compliance with government funded program guidelines.
  • Ensuring administration of our housing portfolio complies with legislative requirements and our status as a registered community provider.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient work processes are developed and daily work flow is managed to ensure deadlines are met and reporting requirements achieved.
