LAHC CHP Asset Management Allocation Policy

The NSW Land and Housing Corporation has developed a new policy framework to guide the allocation of property management of LAHC properties to registered community housing providers.

The LAHC Community Housing Provider Asset Management Allocation Policy will provide a consistent allocation approach for small-scale management allocations, which can be delivered more efficiently and at a reduced cost to both government and the community housing sector.

The new policy was initiated in response to the 2019 machinery of government changes and supports LAHC’s role as a supplier of social housing and procurer of community housing management services.

The policy will be uploaded to the What’s New section of the CHIA website homepage.

An allocation registration process will commence in June 2020, inviting registered community housing providers to register interest for consideration in future allocation opportunities.
