Survey Project Officer – CHIA NSW

Position type: Ongoing, full time (36.75 hrs per week)

Salary: $75,000, plus superannuation, and option to salary sacrifice

CHIA NSW is the industry peak body for registered community housing providers (CHPs) in NSW. We represent over 100 members who provide community housing to very low, low and moderate income households. With more than 50,000 properties under management, the NSW community housing sector is the largest in Australia.  Since 2012, we have developed a successful tenant satisfaction and outcomes survey and benchmarking service.  The service has grown over the last eight years and we now provide the service in different states and different sectors.  We are looking for a Survey Project Officer to play a part in our continued growth and success.  Do you have an excellent eye for detail, experience in using complex software, a focus on customer service and an interest in surveys and benchmarking?  If so, we would love to hear from you.

  • Ability to manage contractors to ensure effective project delivery
