The New Entrant Resource Bank has been developed to assist housing providers that wish to become registered under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing. The NERB contains sample policies, procedures, guidelines and useful resources that can be adapted by community housing providers and have been designed to support the needs of a diverse group of new entrants to the NRSCH. The resources are organised to align with the Performance Outcomes included in the NRSCH.
