Certificate IV in Housing Part Qualification
This five-unit part qualification is designed for people who are interested in starting a career in social housing or homelessness services but may not be ready to commit to the full Certificate IV. It provides a practical introduction to the sector and an opportunity to build foundational skills while exploring whether a career in housing is right for them.

Certificate IV in Housing
This qualification reflects the role of individuals delivering housing support services and supports to tenants, applicants and the community in the social housing and homelessness sector.
They may be social housing specialist staff or people undertaking similar roles in the community housing sector. They work with vulnerable people who may be experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness. This course is designed for students who are already working in the housing or homelessness sectors.
