Importantly, workers will not be expected to act as technical experts or energy advisors. Instead, the focus is on practical, frontline-level knowledge that complements existing support roles, enabling staff to guide tenants towards the right information, tools, and services.

This training is ideal for frontline workers in the community housing sector who regularly engage with tenants and play a role in wellbeing, tenancy sustainment, or client support.

This workshop will be delivered in an interactive, face-to-face format and co-facilitated by subject matter experts from the Institute for Sustainable Futures, Caitlin McGee and Aditi Phansalkar
