Certificate IV in Housing

This qualification reflects the role of individuals delivering housing support services and supports to tenants, applicants and the community in the social housing and homelessness sector.

They may be public housing specialist staff or people undertaking similar roles in the community housing sector. They work with vulnerable people who may be experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness.

1 year full-time | Up to 2 years part-time | Cost: $6,750 (full fee)

Diploma of Community Services

NOTE: The Diploma of Community Services is under government review. Please contact manager of Accredited Training (Monday – Wednesday) to discuss your enrolment.

This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, coordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.

1 year full-time | Up to 2 years part-time | Cost: $7,200 (full fee)
